Does anyone know which type of video files are supported? I remember the Instinct only could dl 3gp utilizing opera mini. I downloaded the twist ap, possibly that is the issue? How can I watch videos from websites aside from youtube? Which file sorts? Normally I'm given the option of 3gp or mpeg4. Cannot get either to work. Thanks in your time! Damn I wish I used to be eligible for the upgrade to EVO!

GNU Parallel is written in Perl and I have just tried the most basic functionality on Cygwin. It seems to work, but is a bit slow - maybe system() is really slow in Cygwin?

As I am not a Microsoft Windows user I will not be able to spend a lot of time getting it to work better. But design ideas and patches are always welcome at bug-parallel@gnu.org.

A new intro video is now at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpaiGYxkSuQ

Just acquired a Mythic for myself and is going to be obtaining one for my wife soon! It has just the suitable mix of functions. just brief of a total smartphone. I'm retaining an eye on the Captivate for a prospective long term phone..
.costs are way too great when released. I've been in higher tech for 20+ many years and in essence hack everything I very own to produce it superior laptops, GPS, car navigation systems, and so on. and yes cell phones as well. Within the handful of days I've owned the phone I've currently set up Opera Mini, Bolt 2.1, freecaddie, Google Maps w/GPS functionality, deleted all locked ineffective apps immediately after backing them up and totally modified the menu system to my exact needs devoid of all ineffective apps.

It seems you are an advanced Microsoft Windows user: Can GNU Parallel http://www.gnu.org/software/parallel/ be installed on Windows? And if not: What change would be needed in GNU Parallel?

for a in `cat dirs`; do mkdir $a; done

can be written as:

cat dirs | parallel mkdir

even if dirs contain lines containing space, ' or ".

GNU Parallel can do more than that. See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlXDtd_pRaY
